This year as we cannot go to Spain, we are bringing Annie from her kitchen in Spain to you with a live cooking class.
Annie will provide you with recipes, an ingredient list and pictures of what the dishes should look like. In addition she will be providing you a video of her shopping trip and tips to show you how to select your ingredients. Virginia will be providing the wines to pair with each dish along with tasting notes.
