The Wine 101 class consist of a guided wine tasting and a discussion of the basic wine tasting skills. You’ll learn how geography, climate, farming, and creativity come together to create all the wines you love. After this class you will have more confidence and be able to embark on a deeper exploration and enjoyment of the exciting world of wine.
The class will be led by our founder, Virginia Philip, Master Sommelier. Six wines will be tasted and as a special treat one will be paired with a chocolate from Norman Love Confections. |
